1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AISPIE — AI Strategic Planning & Implementation Engine ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AISPIE is a decision-intelligence platform designed to compress time-to-clarity by surfacing what matters now, why it matters, and what deserves attention next. Our platform provides:

  • Personalized business intelligence and market signals
  • Competitor discovery and monitoring
  • AI-assisted contextual reasoning with transparent sourcing
  • Strategic signal detection and priority ranking
  • Watchlists, bookmarks, and notes functionality
  • Decision-first dashboard interface

AISPIE is designed for daily and weekly decision review, not constant monitoring.

3. What AISPIE Is (and Is Not)

AISPIE Is:

  • A decision-intelligence platform
  • A contextual signal engine
  • A prioritization system
  • A strategic awareness layer

AISPIE Is NOT:

  • A financial advisor
  • A consulting replacement
  • A predictive oracle
  • A fully autonomous AI decision-maker

4. AI Responsibility Model

AISPIE does not make decisions. It highlights signals and context so you decide better.

Our AI layer is assistive, not authoritative. It provides pattern detection, contextual summarization, change identification, and priority ranking—but never replaces human judgment. All AI-generated content includes source attribution, confidence indicators, and timestamps.

5. User Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Register for an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Complete our business onboarding process

6. Subscription and Payments

Our Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free Access: Up to 3 company searches
  • Paid Access ($20/month): Unlimited business search, real-time data, and advanced competitor tracking

Payments are processed through Stripe with automatic recurring billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute our data or reports without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Submit false or misleading business information

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AISPIE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Data Accuracy & Honest Constraints

AISPIE openly acknowledges data incompleteness and AI limitations. While we strive to provide accurate, timely market insights and company information:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data
  • AI-generated reports are for informational purposes only
  • Our insights should not be the sole basis for business decisions
  • Context matters more than volume—we prioritize relevance over completeness

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISPIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you may request complete deletion of your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
